AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
City Clerk's Revolving Fund to the General Fund.
BE IT OR:AIP, ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,000.00 heretofore appropriated
i
out of the Unexpended Balance Account in the General Fund to the
City Clerk's Revolving Fund finder the provisions of Ordinance Nos.
4116 and 4222 to provide for an emergency then existing, be and the
same is hereby re -appropriated and transferred from the City Clerks
Re,volvin,g Fund to the Unexpended Balance Account of the General Fund,
the emergency for which the same was originally transferred having
ceased to exist.
Section 2. That the $2,000.00 above mentioned now in the hands
of the City Clerk, in the City Clerk's Revolving Fund, be by him
turned back to the City Treasurer taking his receipt for same and
that the City Treasurer place the same in the Unexpended Balance
Account in the General Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after itspassage.
