AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Hoard of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
section 1. That the sum of $4£9.40 be and the
some is hereby appropriated out of the Firemens Relief Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by

the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
