4315 AppropriationsORDINANCE Tt 0. 4315 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of x:1,352.09 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of various funds in the City Treasury for the payment of misce;.laneous claims, showing to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for city labor, postage, freight etc. 81.74 EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for Cit labor Federal Relief $ 1,270.35 Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims i mentioned in Sectl on One ( 1) of this ordinance.
