4310 Appropriations36 ORDINANCE NO. 4310 AN ORDINANCE providing for and authorizing the appropriation of certain amounts from the Paving Fund_ and from the Sewer Fund to the Waterworks Fund, to take up and pay certain temporary notes, issued in payment of certain paving work and sewer work, and which were purchased by and held in the Sinking Fund, or Investment Account, of the Waterworks Department. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Paving Fund in the City Treasury to the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury, the sum of $33,924.48, in payment of certain temporary notes heretofore issued in payment of certain paving work, and which temporary notes were heretofore purchased by and held in t#e Sinking Fund, or Investment Account of the Waterworks Department, and which temporary notes are now to be redeemed and paid out of the funds realized from the sale of Bonds issued for the payment of such work, said temporary notes, with the interest thereon being as follows: Note #1, dated April 4th, 1933 $ 4,898.80 Interest $96.34 #2, " May 2nd, 1933 279.17 " 4.61 " #3, " May 2nd, 1933 160927.23 " 280.22 r' #4, " June 6th, 1933 11 237.34 " 143.60 rr ##5, June 6th, 1933 56.47 " .70 $ 33P30.01 525.47 Section 2. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury, to the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury, the sum of $3,327.07 in pay- ment of certain temporary notes heretofore issued in payment of certain sewer work, and which temporary notes were heretofore purchased by and held in the Sinking Fund, or Investment Account, of the Waterworks Department, and which temporary notes are now to be redeemed and paid out of the funds realized from the sale of bonds issued for the payment of such work, said temporary notes, with the interest thereon being as follows: Note #60 dated June 6th, 1933 1,124.58 Interest $ 14.38 it #73% It July 5th, If 2 167.43 " 20.68 3:292.01 35.06 Section 3.
