4305 Regulating Traffic2 `3 ORDINANCE NO. 4305 ( Published in the Salina Journal 1933) i i AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic on certain streets in the City of Salina. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. All vehicles approaching College Avenue either from the east or gest on Elm Street shall be brought to a full and j complete stop before entering College Avenue from Elm Street, Section 2. Any person who shallviolate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $1.00 nor more than $10.00 for each offense. Section 3.
