j AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That the sum of $1,501.99 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City
Treasury for the payment of miscellaneous claims, showing to
whom, and for what purpose the claim is paid.
EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
-mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
4 force from and after its passage.
