General Fund Administration & Finance Department) to certain
other funds or accounts in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Corzniss . oners of the City of Salina,

Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the account of the Administration & Finance Department
of the General Fund in the City Treasury to the accounts of the follow-
ing departments or funds of said General Fund the following amounts,
to -wit:
To the City Court Fund the sum of '4860.33
To the Emergency Relief Fund the sum 411.66
Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of
Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfers authoriad
by the preceding section of this ordinance and to riak,e such entries on
their books as may be necessary to transfer to the funds or accounts
above designated the amounts specified in such preceding sect'on hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be :in force f om
and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain moneys
from the General Fund (Administration & Finance Department)
to certain other funds or accounts in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the account of the Administration & Finance
Department of the General Fund in the City Treasury to the
accounts of the following departments or funds of said General
Fund the following amounts, to -wit:
To the City Court Fund the sum of $4860.33
To the Emergency Relief Fund the
sum of $411.66
Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of
the City of Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make
the transfers authorized by the preceding section of this ordi-
nance and to make such entries on their books as may be necessary
to transfer to the funds or accounts above designated the amounts
