Ordinance No. 4701
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Condemnation Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated from
the Condemnation Fund in -the City Treasury the sum of $1,795.00 for the
payment of the following claim:
Anna Just, For payment of amount of award of Commissioners
for condemnation of Lots 5 and 7, Block 4, Pacific
Addition - - - - - - - - - - - - ---$1,795.00
Section 2, That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
