4692 Appropriations402 ORDINANCE N0, 4692 AN ORDINANCE providing for and authorizing the appropriation of a certain amount from the Sewer Fund to the Waterworks Depart- ment Fund, to take up and pay a certain Temporary Note issued in payment of sertain sewer work, and which was purchased by and held in the Sinking Fond or Investment Account of the Waterworks Department Fund. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas r Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury to the Water- works Department Fund in the City Treasury the sum of $2,046.84, in payment of a certain temporary note heretofore issued in payment of I certain sewer work, and which Temporary Note was heretofore purchased by and held in the Sinking Fund or Investment Account of the Watej­ j works Department Fund, and which payment is now to be paid with interest now due thereon as follows: Description Amount of Note Interest i Note No. 1, dated April 2, 1935 $1,858.74 $188.10 Section 29 That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby I authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section i One (1) of this ordinance.
