AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring a certain sum of money
from Public.Works Administration State File No, 1050-R Account
to the Paving Fund in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas.-

Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the fund or account knovrn as "Public Works Adminis-
tration State File No. 1050-R Account" to the Paving Fund in the City
Treasury, the sum of $10,332.44, same being the balance remaining
unexpended therein.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby

authorized to issue a warrant coin tersigned by the City Manager upon

the City Treasurer for the appropriation and transfer of the claim
mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:

as 'Public Works Administration State File No. 1050-R
Account' to the Paving Fund in the City Treasury, the sum
of $10,332.44, same being the balance remaining unexpended
therein.

is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the appropriation
and transfer of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
