ORDINANCE NO. 4682

AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3188 as amended being an ordinance
dividing the City of Salina into zones or district and regulat-
ing and restricting the location of trades, industries, etc.,
and the uses of land in such zones or districts.
WHEREAS, public notice has been given for thirty days as provided
by law of the proposed changes of the zoning ordinance of the City
of Salina as hereinafter set forth, which proposed changes where
submitted to the City Planning Commission for their recommendktion
and which proposed changed have been recommended by the City Planning
Commission to the Board of Commissioners of said city, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Oommissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described territory in the City
od Salina, Kansas, to -crit:
Block 12 in Calkins Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same is hereby removed from the "C" Commercial use
district and placed in and made a part of the "Dtr Light Industrial
use district as provided for in Ordinance No. 3188.
Section 2.- This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper•
