AN ORDINANCE appropriating certain money from the Waterworks Department
Fund to the "Sheridan Street and Kansas Avenue Curb -and Gutter
Account%
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas*1
Section 1* That the sum of $10990*00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund
of the City of Salina, Kansas to the Sheridan Street and Kansas Avenue
Curb and Gutter Account in the City Treasury for the estimated cost of
constructing curbing and guttering on Sheridan Street from Crawford
Avenue to Republic Avenue and on Kansas Avenue from Elm Street to a
point 500 feet north of Elm Street*
Section 2e That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the
City Treasurer for the purpose mentenioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage*

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1, That the sum of $ 1,990.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund of the City of Salina, Kansas to the Sheridan
Street and Kansas Avenue Curb and Gutter Account in the City
Treasury for the estimated cost of constructing curbing and
guttering on Sheridan Street from Crawford Avenue to Republic
Avenue and on Kansas Avenue from Elm Street to a point 500 feet
north of Elm Street.
