AT ORDIdANCE appropriating and transferring a certain sum of
money from Public Works Administration State File No. 1031-R
Account to the 1.7atertirorks Department Fund in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAIYED by the Board of Cor nissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the fund or account known as "rublic Works
Administration State File No. 1031-R" to the Waterworks Depart-
ment Fund the sum of x8,260.00, said sum having been o--^iCgnall1,r
appropriated from the Vaterworks Department Fund to said Pu,lic
Works Administration State rile No. 1031-R Account, and being the
balance remaining unexpended therein.
Section 2. T' at the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by the City Mana.;er
upon the City Treasurer for the appropriation and transfer of the
claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage*

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring a certain
sum of money from Public Works Administration
State File No. 1031-R Account to the Waterworks
Department Fund in the City Treasury,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That therebe and there is hereby ap-
propriated and transferred from the fund or account Down
as "Public Works Administration State File No. 1031 -Re
to the Waterworks Department Fund the sum of $8,260.00,
said sum having been originally appropriated from the
Waterworks Department Fund to said Public Works Administra-
tion State File No. 1031-R Account, and being the balance
remaining unexpended therein.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
Is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the appro-
priation and transfer of the claim mentioned in Section 1
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
