ORDINANCE NUMBER 4666
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $712.80 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General improvement Fund in
the City Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
Golden Belt Lumber Company Cement $356.40
Eberhardt.Lumber Company Cement 356.40
Total - - - - - - $712.80
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants oountersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
