ORDINANCE NUMBER 4662
AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to the Suer Fund in
the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas
Section 1. That the sum of $4,022.60 be and the same
is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund of the City of Salina, Kansas to the Seger Fund
Account in the City Treasury for the estimated cost of con-
structing Lateral Sanitary Sewers Numbered 172 and 173.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
