4665 Reopening Olive Street338 ORDINANCE N0. 4665 i AN ORDINANCE reopening a certain portion of Olive Street and a certain portion of an .alley vacated by Urdinanee No. 4530. i BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. "That that portion of ulive_Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, lying between the north line of Park Street and the i northerly line of the right-of-way of the Salina Northern Railroad i and lying between and adjacent to Lot 8, in Block 14, in Elmdale Addition, and Park No. 1 in Elmdale Addition (erroneously described j as Park No. 1 in Elm Grove addition in Ordinance No.,4530)2 as hereto- fore vacated by the provisions of Ordinance No. 4530 of said city, and that part of the alley vacated by said ordinance which lies between Lot 1 and Lot 8 in said Block 14 in Elmdale Addition, be reopened, it being hereby determined by the Board of Commissioners of said city that it is necessary to reopen such portion of said street and alley; j 1 provided, that if any permanent improvements have been erected there- on since the vacation thereof, the city shall pay the owner of such improvements the value thereof, such value to be ascertained by three disinterested appraisers, one of whom shall be selected by the city, I one by the owner of such improvements, and one by the two so selected, as provided by law.
