BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Sal;_na,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $6,259.00 be and the same is

following claim relating to the construction of steel elevated water

storage tank, under contract dated October 28, 1935:
Chicago Bridge & Iron Works, Final Estimate for construction

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authori„ed to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
