j AN ORDI!`ANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
Waterworks Department Fund to the Public works Administration
Docket State File Noe, 103L)'Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Slina,
Kansas. a
Section 1. That the sum of $6,406.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund of the City of Salina to the "Public Works Administration Docket
State File No. 1031 Account", as created by Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 4603•
Section 2, That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America, Salina,
Kansas, said sun of $60406.00 in the account in said bank known
as "Public Works Administration Docket State File No. 1031 Account %
as created and authorized by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4603.
$Action 3. This ordinance shall take eff(fet and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to the Public Works
Administration Docket State File No. 103. Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas :
Section 1. That the sum of $6,4.06.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund of the City of Salina to the `Public Works Administration
Docket State File No. 1031 Account", as created by Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 4603.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America, Salina,
Kansas,.%id sum of $6,406.00 in the account in said bank known
