AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
Waterworks Department Fund to the Drainage and Paving Improve-
ments Construction Account, Public Works Administration State
File No* Kan. 1050 R Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
S ction 1• That the sum of 090100.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund of the
City of Salina to the "Drainage and Paving Improvements Construction
Account, Public Works Administration State File No. Kan. 1050-R Account,
as created by Section 1 of Ordinance Number 4618.
SQetioonn 2. The City Tr asurer is hereby authorized and directed
to deposit in the National Bank of America, Salina, Kansas, said sum
of $9,100.00 in the account in said bank known as "Drainage and
Paving Improvements Construction Account, Public Works Administration
State File No. San. 1050-R Account as created and authorized by Section
3 of Ordinance No. 4618.
Section 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
