AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Paving and Drainage
Improvements Construction Account Public Works Administration
Docket State File No. Kan, 1050-R Account for the payment of
certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That the sun of $645.60 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of "Paving and Drainage Improvements Construction
Account Public Works Administration Docket State File No. Kan.
1050-R Account" in the City Treasury for the pa7*ent of the
following claims relating to the construction of drainage and
paving improvements on Tenth Street from Park Street to Elm
Street and on Santa Fe Avenue from Elm Street to right-of-way of
the Union Pacific Railroad Company, for the purpose of reimbursing
the Engineering Department and the Administration and Finance Depart-
ment for expenses and disbursements incurred in connection with con-
struetion of said improvementst

and after its passage.
