ORDINANCE N0, 4638
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Public Works Adminis-
tration Docket State File No, 1031 Account for the pay-
ment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $25,348.95 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of "Public Works Administration Docket State
File No. 1031 Account" in the City Treasury for the payment of the
following claim relating to the construction of steel elevated water
storage tank, prior to May 1, 1936, under contract dated October 28,
1935.
Chicago Bridge & Iron Works
Estimate No. 2 for construction
of steel elevated water storage
tank - - - - - -$25,348.95
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
