AN ORDINANCE amends4Section 2 of Ordinance 4625 relating to taxicabs.
^ BE IT ORDAINED by the and of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Se ion 2 of Ordinance 4625 be and the same is
hereby amended to read as 11ows:
"Section 2, The mini rate of fare for the transportation of
passengers in any taxicab sh be 1091 per passenger; Provided, however,
that one or more additional pa engers whose point of origin and point

AN ORDINANCE amending Sectior_2 of Ordinance 4625 relating to
taxicabs.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas;
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 4625 be and the same
Is hereby amended to read as follows;
"Section 2. The minimum rate of fare for the transportation
of passengers in any taxicab shall be 10y per passenger; Provided,
however, that one or more additional passengers whose point of
origin and point of destination is the same as that of any original
passenger in said cab may be carried at the rate of 5� for each
such additional passenger.11
Section 2. That original Section 2 of Ordinance 4625 be and
the some is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
