That the sum of $251,64 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of a certain claim inicurred for labor required and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom and for what purp:)se the claim is paid. RELIEF HIGHWAY FUND Ctrias. E, Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for labor $251.64 Section 2, That the Director of Vinance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
