AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Public Works Admin-
istration Docket State File No. 1031 {account for the payment
of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Uommissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $38.40 be and the same is pereby
Appropriated out of "Public works Administration Docket State File
No, 1031 Account" in the City Treasury for the payment of the
following claim relating to the construction of elevated water
storage tank:
City of Salina, Engineering To engineering expense in
Department connection with construction
of elevated water storage tank
frown Nov. 16 to 30, 1935 $38.40
Section 2. That the Director, of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
