BE IT ORDAINr") by the Board of Oommissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $5,285.70 be and the same is hereby appro-
p
priated out of "Public Works .administration State File No. 1031 Account"
In the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim relating to
the construction of concrete foundations for steel elevated storage tank:
Johnson Bros, Construction Estimate No. 2 for concrete
Company foundation for steel elevated
storage tank - - - - - - - $52285.70
Section 2. That the L (rector of Finance be end he is hereby authorized
to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
