AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Relief Highway Fund
for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 243.20 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Relief Highway Flind in the City Treasury
t'or the payment of a certain claim incurred for labor requ_',_red
and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of
City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom, and for what
pure >se the claim is pALid.

Section 2.
That the
Director
of Finance be
and he
is
hereby
authorized
to issue a
warrant
countersigned
by the
City
Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. Thjs ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
