AN ORDIYANCE appropriatinf, and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to "Public Works Adminis-
tration Docket State File No. 1031" fund.
BE ILT ORDAITdED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $33,000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the "'aterworks Department
Fund of the City of Salina to the '"Public Works Administrat°on Docket
State File No. 1031'° fund as created by Section One (1) of Ordinance
No, 4603,
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America, Salina, Kansas,
said sum of $33,000.00 in the account in said bank known as "Public
Works Administration Docket State File No. 1031" as created 'and
authorized by Section Three (3) of Ordinance No. 4603.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be In
force from and After its passage.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to "Public Works Adminis-
tration Docket State File No. 1031' fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 433,000.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund of the City of Salina to the "Public Works Admin-
istration Docket State File No. 1031 "fund as created by Section
One (1) of Ordinance No. 4603,
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America, Salina, Kansas,
said stun of $33,000.00 in the account in said bank known as
"Public Works Administration Docket State File No. 1031" as created
and authorized by Section Three (3) of Ordinance No, 4603,
