AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim from Public Works Administration Docket State File
No, 1031,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,291.40 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of "Public Works Administration Docket
State File No. 1031` for the payment of the following claim,
relating to the constPuction of concrete foundations for steel
elevated storage tank:
Johnson Bros. Construction Co,, Estimate No. 1 for concrete
? foundation for steel elevated
storage tank $2,291.40
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage,
