AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring a certain amount of
money from the General Fund (Administration & Finance Department)
to the General Fund (Building Department)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansast
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the ,Administration & Finance Department in the
General Fund to the Building Department in the General Fund the
sum of $2 , 801.121.,.
Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City
of Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfer
authorized by the preceding section of this ordinance and to make
such entries on their books as may be necessary to transfer to the
fund or account above designated the amount specified in such pre-
ceding section hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
