AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
I
Section 1. That the sum of $47,597.11. be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds and Interest Fund in the

City Treasury for the payment of the following claims=

BONDS & INTEREST FUND
J. J. Rhoades, State Treasurer Bonds, Interest, Commission
and Kansas Fiscal Agent and postage due Januar
1st, 1936 146,393.36
J. J. Rhodes, State Treasurer Bonds & Interest due School
Fund Jan. lst, 1936 11203.75
Total - - - - - 470597.11
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before,
January 1st, 1936, in payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
