AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners'of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $712.80 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claims:
GENERAL IMPROVEM IT FUND
Golden Belt Lumber Company Cement
$ 356.40
Utt Lumber Company Cement 356.40
Total - - - - - 712.80
Section 2_ That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
