That the sum of $352.80 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Rand in the City Treasury for the payment of a certain claim incurred for labor required and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid. RELIEF HIGHWAY FUND Chas. E. Banner, City Clerk, Cash paid out for labor $352.80 Section 2.
