AN ORD114ANCE maxing an appropriation from the Waterworks Fund yor
the payment of a certain claim.
BE I`1' ORDAINED by the Boara of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the sum of $1,778.00 be and the same is
nereby appropriated from the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim;
A. W. Daleen, Contractor For the construction of Pump House
on South Fourth Street $1,778.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation from the Waterworks Fund for
the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,778.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
