BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1, That Wilson Street in the City of Salina from the
east line of Fourth Street to the west line of Front Street, said

'X lson Street between such lim is being now 80 ft* in width, shall
bar educed to 60 ft, in width, and that 10 ft. on each side of the
present 80 ft, street, being the north 10 ft. thereof abutting upon
and adjoining the sol.ith line of Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 142 16
and 18 in Block 51, and Lots 2, 40 6, 89 101 12, 14, 16 and 18 in
Block 6 in College View Addition and the south 10 ft. thereof ad-
joining and abutting upon the north line of Lots 1, 2,-3, 4, and
3
5 in Block 4 and Lots 1 and 2 in Block 5 and Lots 1 and 2 in Block
6 in Hutchinson Addition, be and the same are hereby vacated as
and for a public street, and that such portions of such street above
described shall revert to and become parts of the lots upon which
they abutt as aforesaid, subject to all of the provisions of law
in such cases made and provided, and provided further, that the
portions of Wilson Street so vacated shall not include any portion
of the intersection of Wilson Street with Second Street and Third
Street,
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its publication in the official city paper, and after a duly
certified co --y, with proof of publication thereof, has been recorded
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.

AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Wilson Street from the east line
of Fourth Street to the west line of Front Street.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
$ansas :
Section 1. That Wilson Street in the City of Sall.na from the
east line of Fourth Street to the west line of Front Street, said
Wilson Street between such limits being now 80 ft. in width, shall
be reduced to 60 ft. in width, and that 10 ft. on each side of the
present 80 ft. street, being the )-north 10 ft. thereof abutting upon
and adjoining the south line of Lots 2, 4, 6, 80 100 120 14, 16p
and 18 in Block 59 and Lots 2, 4, 619 819 10, 12, 149 16 and 18 in
Block 6 in College View Addition and the south 10 ft, thereof ad-
joining and abutting upon the north line of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and
5 in Block 4 and Lots 1 and 2 in Block 5 and Lots 1 and 2 in Block
6 in Hutchinson Addition, be and the same are hereby vacated as
