AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
K_ans as :
Section 1. That the stun of $2800.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Layne -Western Company Construction of one gravel wall
well in accordance with contract
dated May 24, 1935 - - - - - - - $2800.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby, authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Tlanager iipon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in 6ection One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $p2800.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Waterworks Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claire:
Layne -Western Company Construction of gravel wall
well in accordance with con-

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and. he is
