AY ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 6356*40 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
GENERAL IMPROVE."HIT-7,NT FUND
Golden Belt Lumber Co -pang For Cement 356,40
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
