ORDINANCE NO. 4547
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X1,250.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claim:
Shellabarger Mill & Elevator
Company Purchase price of Lots 29,
300 31, 32 and 33, Block 10,
Calkin's Addition to the
City of Salina $10250.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take -effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
