ORDINANCE N0, 4533
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the pay#1ent of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board ofCommissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1750.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, Treasurer For appropriation for
of Library Board Library Board $ 1750.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
