AN ORDINANCE relating to the parking of trucks on certain portions
of certain streets, as provided for in Section 50 of Ordinance
No. 4476
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas,
Section 1. That nothing contained in Section 50 of Ordinance
No. 4,476 shall be deemed to permit the temporary parking for any
purpose, bn portions of streets where angle parking is required by
any ordinance, of a combination of vehicles commonly known as truck
and trailer or semi trailer, or as tractor and trailer or semi-
trailer, and the parking of such vehicles on such streets shall be
governed by the provisions of the first sentence of said Section 50,
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
