ORDINANCE N0, 4899
AN ORDINANCE providing for and authorizing the appropriation of a
certain amount from the Sewer Fund to the General Improvement
Fund in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of C omni s si one rs of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,202.40"'be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of the following claim:
City of Salina General Improvement Fmnd: Cash paid out for constructing
Lateral Sanitary Sewers 167
and 168 X19202.40
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after itspassage.
