AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the General Improvement Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $75.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claims;
—GENERAL—IMPROVEMENT—FUND
S. A. Carlson Mowing Weeds $ 33.00
Harry Jameson Mousing Weeds 6.00
W. Lamer Mowing Weeds 36.00
Total - - - - - - 0 75.00 '
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
