j AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 4883 relating to the repair
and reconstruction of a certain portion of a certain sewer
in Ash Street.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Sect lon 1. That Ordinance No. 4883 of the City of Salina,
Kansas, duly passed and adopted on July 11, 1938, be and the same
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.
