AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the By -Pass Condemnation
Fund for the payment of a certain claim.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That the sum of 0225.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the By -Pass Condemnation Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
—BY-PASS—CONDEMNATION FUND
Lewis Stout, Daisy May Stout For judgment rendered, In Re:
and Lewis Stout, administra- Appeal of Lewis Stout et al.,
for and Manker & Linville, from the award of appraisers
their attorneys, in the matter of condemnation

(Case No. 14779-W) of land for State Highway
purposes - - - - - - - - - $225.000
Section 2, That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon

the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

same is hereby appropriated out of the By -Pass condemnation
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the following
