4879 AppropriationsAll ORDINAT?CE making an appropriation from the Relief Highway Fund for the payment of certain claims. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $265.25 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of claims incurred for labor and material required and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of City Streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid. Total - - - - - 265.25 Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City ManaZer upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
