4877 AppropriationsORDI-MANCE NO. 4877 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the funds of the ;later Department for the purchase of a Temporary Note of the City of Salina. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, tansas: Section 1. That the sum of w5,371.31 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the funds of the Viater Department of the City of Salina in the City Treasury for the purchase from H. J. Taylor Con- struction Company of a Temporary Note of the City of Salina issued to said H. J. Taylor Construction Company in the sum of X5,371.3124' as authorized by Ordinance Number 4876 passed and approved June 13, 1938, said note to beheld as part of the Sinking Fund of the 'eater Department and exchanged for cash at the time bonds are issued in payment of the cost of final estimate for Southern Heights Sanitary Sewage Pumping Plant, as per contract dated April 4, 1938. Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant to H. J. Taylor Construction Company, countersigned by the City Manager upon theCity Treasurer in payment of the purchase price of the Temporary Note mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance. Section 3. That the sum of $5,371.31 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the funds of the Water Department of the City of Salina in the City Treasury for the purchase from H. J. Taylor Construction Company of a Temporary Note of the City of Salina issued to said H. J.
