? AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of.the City of Salina,
I Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,500.00pbe and the same is hereby

appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund in
the City Treasury to W. P. A. Project Number 6595 Account in the City
Treasury for the estimated cost of constructing Storm Sewers numbered
i
10-B and 10-C, as provided for in Ordinance Number 4849 of the City
of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
i
authorized and directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
i
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to W. P. A. Project
Number 6595 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,500.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund in the City Treasury to W. P. A. Project Number
6595 Account in the City Treasury for the estimated cost of
constructing Storm Sewers numbered 10-B and 10-C, as provided
for in Ordinance Number 4849 of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (11 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
