AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Olive Street Con-
demnation Fund for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,725.00 be and the same is hereby

! appropriated out of the Olive Street Condemnation Fund in the City
I
I Treasury for the payment of the following; claims snowing to whom
i and for what purpose the claim is paid.
To Home Owners Loan Corporation, for amount due for
condemnation and appropriation of North 30 feet of
Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 9, Elmdale Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas (known as
No. 211 N. Olive Street, less taxes now due none
on said premises or a balance of - - - - - - - - - $1,725.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby

authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager
j upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Sect _on One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force

from and after its passage.

tion Fund for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
