AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from W. P. A. Project Number
6640 Account in the City Treasury for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Selina,
I Kansas:
' Section 1. That the sum of $61.60 be and the some is hereby
appropriated out of W. P. A. Project Number 6640 Account in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
W. P. A. PROJEC T NUMBER 6640
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for labor $ 61.60
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
