ORDINANCE NO. 4852
AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
Waterworks Department Fund in the City Treasury to the W,p,A,
Project Number 6640 Account,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4,000.004be and the sane is hereby
appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund in
the City Treasury to W, P. A. Project Number 6640 Account in the
City Treasury for the estimate cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary
Sewers Numbered 17, 1580 1750 176, 177 and 178 in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.

the N. P. A. Project Number 6640 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $4,000.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund in the City Treasury to W. P. A. Project Number
6640 Account in the City Treasury for the estimated cost of
constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewers Numbered 17, 158, 175,
170, 177 and 178 in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
