AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation f rom the Olive Street Condemnation
Fund for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X24,695.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Olive Street Condemnation Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims showing to whom and
for what purpose the claim is paid.
W. D. Snyder, for amount due for condemnation and
appropriation of the N. 35 ft. of the S. 70 ft. of
Lots 8 and 9, Block 8, (known as 202 North Olive
Street) Elmdale Addition in the City of Salina,
Kansas, in the amount of $1675.000 less taxes now �
